Our cows are all Pedigree Belted Galloways, they are a rare native breed of cow. They are visually distinctive as a breed of cattle, they have a unique appearance and a good nature, but also in its hardiness and top quality beef.
Originating in the harsh upland climate of the Galloway hills in beautiful south west Scotland. The cows are slow to mature, which means its beef has a special flavour and texture which is the envy of many other breeds. Due to the cow maturing slowly it produces a marbled meat which is high in Omega 3.
