There are a few reasons why we have diversified again and the main reason was the customers who had sampled the meat telling us we should be cooking it so others can enjoy it, we still have freezer storage so we still have a wide selection of frozen meats and the other reason is so we can attend more events with what we believe to be a niche product.

Lisa has had previous hospitality experience working just outside of London after completing her NVQ 2, following a break from the industry we are now back doing it for ourselves in the custom made trailer using our own meat products. Inside the  trailer we have fryers, a large griddle, bain-marie and hot water urn so we are able to produce some amazing food in a very quick time.

We are now available for private functions, events, markets and anywhere where people need to eat or drink.
